Jonagold
»Mid season. Cream Color Flesh. Juicy. Pies. Sauce.

This red strain is one of the leading reds planted in Europe. The apple has an attractive red blush over yellow background with red color developing just before harvest. This variety is an excellent dessert variety and is known for its processing qualities.


Cameo
»Mid Season. Bright Red Stripe. Aromatic Flavor.

This fruit is firm, crisp, and characterized by a highly appealing sub-acid, aromatic flavor. Shape is conic, very similar to Delicious but without the 'bumps' on the bottom. The hue is bright red stripe over creamy background. Matures one week before Fuji and has a long harvest window.


SnappTM Stayman
»Mid to Late Season. Fruit Med to Large. Yellowish Flesh. Juicy.

The most highly colored strain of Red Stayman available. This is a juicy late apple of medium to large size with yellowish flesh.

This outstanding red is an excellent eating apple.                  


Pink Lady
»Late Season. Crisp…Sweet Tart. Best after 4 weeks Storage.

Attractive pink blush over a yellow ground color, the fruit is medium to large, crisp with a sweet-tart flavor, and has a long storage life. Its full flavor develops after four weeks in storage.

»Late Season. Antique. Crisp. Tart. Long Keeper.

A late, green, tart apple, maturing in early November. Develops a red blush in the Northeast. High-quality eating apple with a good storage life.
